About the event
In this 5 hour intensive, we will study intensively through the experience of pranayama (breathwork).
We will build up practices from 3 minutes all the way to a full 62 minutes pranayama practice and meditation.

Practice asana with pranayama
Center on the focus of practice with breath
Explore different pranayama techniques and emotional regulation
This practice is open to everyone.
Please wear comfortable attire for accessible asana practice, water, a light cover up for meditation.
Tea will be provided.
Please eat a light lunch at least 1 hour before session.
