One Somatic Integration Therapy Workshop with Zaianna Ortiz. Somatic integration therapy offers a radical approach to psychotherapy that acknowledges the impact of unresolved trauma and emotional issues on your physical body. By embracing movement, touch, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices, you'll deepen your awareness of your inner experience and learn to release physical and emotional blockages. This holistic approach to mental health will help you find a newfound sense of freedom and wholeness, allowing you to manage stress, anxiety, and other psychological issues with a powerful, embodied sense of self.

One Alchemy workshop with the celebrated Dr. Rocco Crapis. Get ready for alchemical brain adjustment through a thought-provoking lecture on the law of attraction and the vibration of the spinal cord. Dr. Rocco will explain how health is our ability to adapt to a force and how he uses constructive forces to up-regulate the nervous system for extraordinary results.

Two 1-on-1 Sessions for deep processing and communication skill building. One session with Zaianna and one session with Kitty. Using techniques that are centered on the principles of nonviolent communication, you will experience expression and reflection in a way that is honest, empathetic, and non-judgemental working on whatever it is that is alive in your session.

Three KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) sessions with Blanca Puebla: Blanca Puebla, a Level II facilitator, will guide you through a profound rewiring of your brain structure and central nervous system with this direct energy transmission. Be prepared for spontaneous movements, deep insights, and shifts in consciousness that will leave you transformed.

Five Kundalini Kriya, Meditation, and Gong Healing sessions with Kitty: Dive deep into the mystical world of Kundalini Kriya channeled by the divine, as taught by Kitty, who brings her understanding of the multidimensional existense through her experience of uncovered Kundalini studies, multiple holistic modalities and plant medicine. Eight weeks of book club studying Kitty's own body of work on the Chakras. Throughout the program, we will be dedicating each week to the exploration of one Chakra, allowing for a deep dive into unlocking the secrets and intricacies of each center through herbs, meditations, mudras, breaths, planetary alignments, and sacred geometry.
